Melamine Kitchen Cabinets
Commonly used in standard home cabinetry and large-scale projects, melamine boards typically have wear-resistant surfaces on both sides, ensuring longevity and consistent performance. The advantages of melamine cabinets include a smooth and flat surface, resistance to deformation, vibrant colors, and high resistance to wear and corrosion.
Core Materials:
Melamine boards come with edging for added durability. However, due to the core material being particleboard or plywood, they cannot be shaped, molded or MDF.MDF as a core material is considered a non-standard option and requires a minimum order quantity for production.
UV board/Platinum Board
Available in both high-gloss and matte finishes, the mirror-like high-gloss finish of UV boards is particularly striking. Due to their composition, UV boards are best suited for minimalist designs and cannot be molded into complex shapes.

Cabinet Finishes
Solid Wood Particle Board
Particleboard is a base material made of wood chips of different sizes bonded together with glue. It has strong nail holding power and can only be processed on a flat surface.
Medium Density Fiberboard
The board is made of solid wood shavings pressed with urea-formaldehyde resin or other appropriate adhesives. The wood grain is fine and smooth and can be processed into various shapes.
Multi-layer Solid Wood Plywood
11 layers of solid wood plywood, stable structure, strong load-bearing capacity, strong nail holding force, waterproof and moisture-proof, can only process flat surface
Solid Wood Board
Made of natural wood, the wood texture is generally visible on the surface of its base material. It is durable, resistant to bending, and can be processed into a variety of shapes.
